Pet Paddock Walking Field Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions are to ensure the safety and liability of your dog(s) whilst in our care. Booking with us is deemed as agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment
The full cost of your session is to be paid online at the time of booking.
Refunds & Cancellations
We are unable to give refunds. If you are unable to attend your slot, you may reschedule up to 24 hours prior by logging in to your account on the Bookings page. Bookings are not weather-dependent and you will not be entitled to a refund or cancellation if you no longer wish to visit due to the weather. If this is your first time visiting the field, please only book one slot to ensure this is the right place for you and your dog before booking further in advance.
Liability
The field was designed for the use of dogs, not children. You accept full responsibility for the dog(s) and children(s) behaviour. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury that occurs on our premises. Whilst our field is secure, we cannot 100% guarantee that it isn’t possible for a dog to escape. Please keep watch over your dog(s) and children at all times. You agree to clear up your litter and/or dog mess.
Rules
We are surrounded by countryside and sometimes there may be farming and agricultural noise in the fields nearby – we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this but it is beyond our control.
- Only one car and up to a maximum of four dogs are permitted per booking
- You agree to clear up your littter and/or any dog mess and take it away with you
- No excessive noise
- Any food brought in cannot be poisonous to dogs (eg. grapes).
- We ask you to leave children’s toys at home as they can be a choking hazard for dogs.
- Please allow enough time within your own slot to vacate the field and load up your car.
- Please do not allow your dogs to dig.
- Please do not climb the fence.
- No smoking on the premises.
- No glass to be brought into the field.
- No chewing gum.
- We do not permit the use of whistles.
